Benefits of our programme

Building skills that matter

As you progress through the graduate programme, we’ll support you to build strong foundations and develop your skills in line with our technology strategy. Over time, you’ll have the opportunity to pursue role-relevant certifications aligned to your interests and experience.

Structured learning from day one

You’ll join the graduate programme as part of a cohort, taking part in a structured training programme. This builds a foundational skillset that prepares you for multiple consultant experiences. From there you'll be assigned to internal or client projects. These will build confidence and real-world experience – balancing a supportive learning environment with stretching meaningful consultant opportunities.

Your progression journey

You'll usually progress from Graduate to Associate after around six months. This recognises your early development and sets you up for further training and progression towards a consultant role.

Supported by a mentor

You'll be paired with a mentor who'll support you through the early stages of the graduate programme. They'll offer guidance, feedback, and a sounding board as you build confidence, develop skills, and settle into life at Scott Logic.
