You can take up to 52 weeks of maternity leave. We enhance your maternity pay so that, after you’ve worked with us for a year, you can take up to 26 weeks at full pay, followed by 13 weeks at the current Statutory Maternity Pay rate.

Through Shared Parental Leave, birth parents, adoptive parents or partners sharing caring responsibilities can curtail their maternity or adoption leave and share the rest of their entitlement to statutory leave and pay with the other parent.

I believe strongly that it's vital to showcase the women leaders in our industry; to me, it's the key to addressing the gender imbalance that holds our industry back. We all know representation matters - what you can see, you can be. But more than this, it’s the normalisation of women being in leadership positions that’s essential in closing the authority gap.
